5 stars for Simo, 1 star for the receptionist Rohin. Simo is friendly, professional, and went out of his way to fit me in after I was delayed by traffic. Conversely, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful, focusing on blame rather than customer service. Management should address this; I stay for the great barbers like Simo, but poor service at the door makes it hard to return.
