Deep Tissue massage is ideal for when you are suffering with general discomfort, aches and stiffness. Generally speaking deep tissue massage works across large areas i.e your entire back and shoulders rather than addressing individual specific concerns i.e knee pain in which case a sports massage maybe more appropriate.
