I really like Kate and felt completely comfortable giving her my history and medical past, following which she gave me a mobility assessment, taking photos for an app which records alignment. This was followed by a massage. She’s very good and strong, but will happily do a more relaxing massage if wanted. I wanted to get rid of as many knots as possible so felt a little bruised afterwards, but it did the trick. Lastly is a quick review of the alignment photos which are then sent to you to view at your leisure. 
I’d be happy to recommend her and use her again.

Deep Tissue massage is ideal for when you are suffering with general discomfort, aches and stiffness. Generally speaking deep tissue massage works across large areas i.e your entire back and shoulders rather than addressing individual specific concerns i.e knee pain in which case a sports massage maybe more appropriate. Reiki Healing Session
