Deep Tissue massage is ideal for when you are suffering with general discomfort, aches and stiffness. Generally speaking deep tissue massage works across large areas i.e your entire back and shoulders rather than addressing individual specific concerns i.e knee pain in which case a sports massage maybe more appropriate. Sports massage looks to address specific concerns i.e. shoulder pain, neck stiffness, hip discomfort and includes a range of techniques, assessment and advice on ongoing care. Swedish Style massage is a light to medium touch massage aimed a relaxing your body, gently warming your muscles, increasing circulation and helping to reduce stress. If your preference is for a firm massage a Deep Tissue massage maybe more suitable.

By stimulating the bodies tissue with deep pressure from the bamboo sticks, energy levels can rise in the bodies organic systems that have lost fluidity and are stuck in a sluggish state. This bamboo massage will help release toxins and aid poor circulation. Tension and knots can be worked out and a whole body release can be felt. 

If you enjoy deep tissue massage this is a fantastic alternative and can be combined with essential oils on request.

Bamboo Massage 

Lava Shells massage uses special shells filled with a magnesium based powder that heat up and remain hot throughout your message. The addition of heat, helps to warm muscles and reduce muscle tension and tightness as well as promoting relaxation.
